(1) A bill verified in accordance with Rule 17 shall be submitted to the President for verification in accordance with the Constitution. (2) Upon receipt of the notification of verification from the President in accordance with Sub-rule (1), the Speaker in the House of Representatives and the Speaker in the National Assembly shall read the notification. In the event that the session is not in session, such information will be published in the notice.
